DELIVERY INFORMATION

Mensgroom endeavors to ensure that all items are dispatched within 24 hours of their purchase date, but sometimes this is not possible. During weekends and bank holidays the 24 hour period will start from the next working day (so if you order on a Saturday we won't be able to dispatch your item till the Monday or Tuesday if a bank holiday).

On occasion we many only have limited availability from our providers, causing a small lead time while we re stock; in these circumstances we will do everything we can to keep you informed and if you have an queries just ask!

FREE POSTAGE

If you spend more then £75 with us your order will be shipped free of charge for orders within the UK (this will be calculated by our checkout).

For international orders the delivery cost does not include any applicable tariffs levied by customs that may be payable upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee. We have no control over these charges and so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery on international orders.

Returns & Refunds

Faulty goods

If any items are faulty or develop a fault at any time during their lifetime, please email us details of the problem at customerservice@mensgroom.co.uk  and we will get back to you with 48 hours (Mon-Fri). We will refund the cost of any faulty product or we will replace it free of charge.

Returns

Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return any unused items for a full refund. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from the mensgroom store.

The UK's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations require that you provide written notice of cancellation (i.e. you wish to return the goods) within 7 working days. Goods do not have to be returned within this period for you to secure a refund. A refund must be made within 30 days of cancellation, irrespective of whether goods have been returned at this stage. If goods have not been returned, where requested by us, we are entitled to make a charge to reflect the cost of collecting goods from the delivery address and deduct this from the refund.

To return an item, please wrap your goods securely and please include our original packing slip with your return. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper. We would appreciate it if you could indicate the reason for returning an item, but this is entirely optional.

For your protection, we recommend that you use an insured recorded delivery for shipment. Please note that we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if you are returning a faulty product.
